FAIR USE POLICY

Summary
It is important to Game Guys that all customers are able to have access to all games so we have devised a Fair Use Policy.

We reserve the right to vary the terms of the Fair Use Policy from time to time.

The Fair Use Policy applies to all customers on all levels of membership.

Game Guys may rely on the Fair Use Policy where your swaps may be deemed excessive or unreasonable.

Excessive
Customers with high volumes of exchanges please Refer to the Terms & Conditions where excessive swaps per month may incur an extra $1.00 per swap to cover postage charges.
Customers are allowed 8 swaps per month on every title they have, before the extra swap charge is introduced. Note: The $1 extra charge is also per envelope, if 2 titles are in one envelope the only excess would be $1

Unreasonable
We ask that all customers have an extensive request list to enable us to fulfill a variety of titles as New Releases are in big demand. Whilst
Game Guys purchase large quantities of New Releases, we can not guarantee New Releases will be avaliable to all customers on release.
We supply new stock where possible.
