If a customer wishes to cancel their membership with Gameguys, they may be refunded the full amount of credit left on their membership minus any credit used for the rental of any game still out to that customer, or any other product purchased with their membership. This includes, but is not limited to, Games and Ex-Rental Games. Unless agreed to by Gameguys, no refund amounts will be credited to a customer if any Game is still outstanding.
