Developed with the full support of creators Sam Raimi, Robert Tapert, and Bruce Campbell, Evil Dead: A Fistful of Boomstick allows players to assume the role of Ash, the chainsaw-armed hero from the Evil Dead trilogy. Players will fend off hordes of Deadites with several weapons including the shovel, gatling gun, shotgun and chainsaw. Massive game environments include all new Evil Dead locations as players attempt to save the town of Dearborn from the influence of the Necromonicon ex Mortis – the Book of the Dead. Evil Dead: A Fistful of Boomstick mixes the comedy and fun of a campy horror movie with intense combat missions for the most complete Evil Dead game yet.

GAME CONTROLS
Directional Buttons Show/Hide HUD/Scroll through inventory
X Button Right-Hand Weapon Attack
Triangle Button Activates "?" for info to be given to Ash/Talk to characters/Taunts
Square Button Left-Hand Weapon Attack/Gets Ash out of holds when grabbed by Deadites
Circle Button Block
L2 Button Select Left-Hand Weapon
L1 Button Targets nearest Deadite
R2 Button Select Right-Hand Weapon/Enlarge items highlighted in inventory
R1 Button Use the Spell Book/Discard possessed Deadite body. Hold + various combinations of X, Triangle, Square and Circle Buttons to Cast Spells.
Start Button Pause game
Select Button Access inventory
Left analog stick (L3 Button when pressed down) Control Ash/Scroll through inventory/left-hand weapons
Right analog stick (R3 Button when pressed down) Control camera/Rotate items in inventory screen/Scroll through right-hand weapons
R3 Button Center camera
Unlock Arcade Levels
If you complete a level in story mode you unlock the same level in arcade mode. |
