The game encourages the live capturing of fugitives so they can be brought to justice, thereby flying the flag of justice and strengthening the powers of law enforcement agencies. You are a retired special ops/intelligence officer, now working as a bounty hunter. You've earned the reputation as a tough professional, the guy you call for the hard jobs, and a guy that's not afraid to get his hands dirty. The primary mission - hunt down and capture one of our countries top fugitives.
