Xbox Live Achievements
Below is the list of Achievements in the game you can unlock to add points to your Gamerscore on your GamerCard on Xbox Live. There are a total of 26 achievements, all total up to 1000 points. The number next to the achievement in parenthesis is the amount of points you get for that achievement.

Eye of Strength
Go to the chamber of Living Portraits in the center of the Enchanted Kingdom's Palace. There you will see a statue of Thorn, who is holding an orb with a hole in the middle. Within that hole is the Eye of Strength. Morph into Thermite, and approach the statue. Aim a bomb shot so that a bomb will either hit the orb, or go into the hole where the Eye is. The statue will explode and the eye will drop to the floor, simply move to the pedestal to pick it up.

Banjo Radio
In the Forgotten Forest Glade, enter Creeper's Home (the one blocked by rocks earlier in the game). On the left as you enter, there should be a chest of drawers with a radio on top.

Approach the radio and press A to turn it on, to get a remix of the old Banjo-Kazooie tune playing in the background. The song only plays inside the house, however.
